Support Hero provides unique insights, bug reports, call analytics: which includes 24/7 product support. Support Hero utilizes bullet proof security, and data encryption (documents in transit and at rest), to ensure secure dissemination.

Support Hero BENEFITS:

  • Support Hero works with all existing systems, including Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce.
  • Support Hero supports most E-commerce platforms: Magento, Shopify, Opencart, Bigcommerce.

We focused on creating strong optimized campaigns and increasing the number of Support Hero conversions. In the project’s boundaries, we created a new Google Adwords account and we did the setup of Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics. We also performed search terms analysis and semantic kernel expansion. We worked on macro and micro conversions adjustment for conversion tracking.
